Ikaika is a wonderful gym where you will find encouragement from coaches and other members who are also striving to reach the fitness goals of their own!! Also, I am continuously impressed with Coach Einar’s dedicated effort to Ikaika during COVID19. He has worked hard to keep the community intact during COVID19 by creating preview videos for members to watch before each zoom workout meeting. Zoom is not the same as being in the gym together, but seeing other members definitely motivates me to join workouts throughout each week!
