Note: it tastes even better after it’s chilled for a few hours.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
(makes 3-4 servings, depending on avocado size)
2 ripe avocados
1 cup (160 g) pitted dates
5 tbsp raw cocoa powder
½ cup (125 ml) purified water
½ tbsp raw organic honey
a pinch or two of sea salt
Place all the ingredients in your high-speed blender or food processor. Optional: chop your dates first to make it blend more easily. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
