We blend functional movement, yoga, and high intensity training together in a variety of classes to better meet your fitness goals.

 

All of our class formats are designed to increase your strength, flexibility and metabolic conditioning in a non-intimidating environment, with the specific intent of challenging your body and mind to create a new YOU!

Jump, pull, or cobra in an invigorating 45-60-minute class that requires no fitness experience of any kind. Just show up and get your SWEAT on!

DEFINE

With DEFINE, you will be moving weights at a high intensity pace, for improved strength, conditioning and muscle definition.

 

Intermediate poses intended to develop core strength and flexibility are also part of the DEFINE curriculum.

 

DEFINE is intended for those looking to gain an edge in their fitness.
