Although we start a fitness journey with the best of intentions, a large percentage of us lose track or give up on our goals pretty quickly – this is often because the goals we set ourselves are quite vague. 😞
A goal should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely (SMART).
Setting a goal gives you a clear direction, giving it a purpose and helping with accountability. Also, you are more likely to stick to it and achieve them!
